Moving to Longwood

Longwood is a great place for families because of the schools, kid friendly places etc. But…not so great if you are a single person. The houseing is geared toward families and there are few places to rent or buy which would be the right size for a single. A one or two bedroom home is almost impossible to find. I find myself living in a large three bedroom, two bath home on a large lot and I would be happier in a smaller home with less maintenace. Most of the apartments in this area are going condo.
